Baker’s Peels

Baker’s peels are made of steamed beech wood. They are designed for the installation of a handle length from 0.5m to 4m.

The dimensions in which we manufacture them can be found in the price list.

Upon request we produce all products in other dimensions and shapes.

Baker’s peels up to 38 cm wide are made exclusively from one part, while the larger ones are made of 3 or 5 parts, where the joints are reinforced by steel anchors and the finest waterproof and thermostable adhesives allowed for use in the food industry.
